VENDOR PARKING
Saturday, move to your assigned space or better yet, Roane State Community College.* Ride the free shuttle. This will make things run more smoothly for everyone.
*** ONE Vehicle per Vendor *** Day of the festival, Additional vehicles must park and ride the shuttle from Roane State Community College. See Shuttle info Below.
A - P vendors – Park in one of the Kentucky Avenue (upper football) parking lots at the top of the hill unless you have a handicapped sticker. If so, you may park in handicapped parking lot on Towne Road (behind Jacobs building). See map: www.JacksonSquareLavenderFestival.org or here.
U and W vendors - Park on the west end of Broadway Avenue (near the tennis courts). Pull in perpendicular to the road. Even if you have a handicapped sticker, this is the best parking.
Your employees (or any second vehicle) – Please park at Roane State and take the bus, which will run from 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 pm, every 5-10 minutes.
*Roane State Community College is located at 701 Briarcliff Avenue near Home Depot. About 5 minutes away. There is plenty of parking. We have two FREE buses running continuously from 7 a.m.- 4:15 p.m. They will drop you at the corner of Broadway and Towne. This will be a good, easy option for many, especially those with a large or hard to park vehicle. And it will give you a chance to sit down in air conditioning before you start the festival!
FINALLY - Let’s have fun!
Remember, we review every vendor every year based on both the quality of your products, and whether you are pleasant and helpful to work with, and PARK WHERE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PARK.
Close up parking is for your customers.
Please keep your cool and be pleasant and flexible. We will do the same.
See you soon, rain or shine!
