Nancy Baggett is a nationally known cookbook author and featured speaker at Lavender Festival 2022. She is an expert in how to combine lavender with other herbs for use in a wide variety of main dishes, dairy, baked goods and dessert. This is affinities pairing at its most sophisticated and delightful! Nancy finds just the right flavors and aromas to combine with culinary lavender for delicious results every time. Nancy will be speaking at two events requiring tickets, and these will be on sale starting May 1, 2002 on this website.

Friday, June 17, Noon to 1:30 p.m. - Nancy’s talk will be “The Allure of Lavender: Past, Present, Future.” Your ticket includes a gourmet plated lunch of grilled salmon, fresh greens, seasonal vegetables, wine and dessert, as well as Nancy’s exclusive presentation. Tickets are $40.

Saturday, June 18, 11 a.m. - Fun & Easy Cooking with Lavender, cooking demonstration in the lobby of Pinnacle Financial Partners. Your ticket includes a copy of Nancy’s book, The Art of Cooking with Lavender, a free starter packet of premium American grown culinary lavender, and samples of the recipes she is demonstrating. Tickets are $13 until sold out; please reserve early.
